Weight is up this morning...but I'm not recording. I don't feel heavier and I've done pretty well. Maybe TOM coming - Maybe food or water weight?
I'll see what the scale says tomorrow. 40 minutes on the elipitcal yesterday and a 45 minute body pump class today. That's all I can squeeze out of a 1 hour lunch.
Eating a spinach and strawberry salad and it's 69 degrees here today. COME ON SPRING - It just makes me want to be active and get out and do things.

Snow, Snowing, Snowed...
Probably got a good 3-4 inches out there.
I did brave the roads at lunch. It's my son's 18th Birthday and I wouldn't get to spending time with him tonight so we had a Mom and Son only lunch.
I look at him as see all the potential he has if only he will get off his butt and do something with it...but, I love him to pieces anyway.
I made good choices at lunch - a chicken avocado wrap and small cup of broccoli soup - YUMMY. Haven't get to exercise the past couple of day though - Hope to get in some work out DVD's in this weekend. Next weigh-in is Monday Morning. Have a great weekend.

Body Pump class yesterday and feeling sore today and I love it. Also did great with no snacking last night.
I have a roast in the crockpot for dinner tonight and looking forward to it as it's 17 degrees here today. brrrrr...
Going to the gym at lunchtime again today, haven't decided on lifting or cardio today.
We're halfway through the week people and my new dishwasher gets delivered tomorrow. Yeah!

Slipped up last night with the snacking but did great at they gym. 4.5 miles in 37 minutes on the elipitical.
Will have to make up for the slip up again today by eating better/lighter and going back to the gym.
Work pants feel tight and I don't like that feeling but I'm gonna sit her and suffer with it to remind myself not to snank/overeat at night.

Discipline is making the choice between what you want now and what you want most
Weight is down as of Sunday morning, but did mess up and snack after dinner last night. Hoping to get a workout in everyday this week.
Great weekend. Love starting brand new on Monday's.
