Key in this plan is repetition and simplicity in meals. This punches my inner chef square in the kisser, but simplicity will make it easier keep thing up in a time crunch. Time allowing I can get creative at dinner time.
Tag team ingredients: e.g. black beans (breakfast egg white omelete with spinach, lunch with shrimp with lemon, avocado, and tomatoes, dinner turkey/black bean patties sauteed w salad).
Brkfast: egg white omelet + bean + zuc/aspar/spin/tom/
Lunch: Chicken, turkey, beef + bean + salad
Dinner: Ground turkey/bean patty or grass fed steak w mashed cauliflower black beans + salad
Rotisserie chkn + black bean salsa + salad
Fish + pinto beans w lemon + steamed asparagus/carrots
Ground Turkey/ lentil soup + salad [can make soup & freeze portions!]
