Boy, this has been a journey racked with emotions so far!! A lot of ups and downs, depending on the time of the month. I have slacked off in the exercise department for the last couple of weeks, but the weight is still coming off. 50 more lbs to go. Hopefully that will be a lot easier than the first 87 lbs. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. In my opinion, that's the only way to go for long term success. My body feels better when I eat healthy, and I deserve that! I just need to stay in the present moment and make sure I'm not eating feelings. It's never been about the food! I am so excited to continue this journey!
