This diet is the bomb! I am never hungry and I'm losing steadily. I don't mind that it's slow because it is CONSTANT. It's not continual back tracking like it was on WW or calorie counting. No more cravings, more energy, better mood, and down ten pounds. Ounces lost steadily every day keep me motivated. With WW it was down a half or quarter pound one week, up a whole pound the next. Terrible. LOVE my low carb lifestyle.

Cheating just a little but it doesn't take much to slow down my loss. Traveling too much, on the road, tons of stress, death in the family, the holidays, tough trying to keep on my program with all the upsets and lousy choices eating out. No excuses. Hitting it hard when things calm down after Thanksgiving.
