Went back on vegan diet about 1-2 months ago, stopped all other weight loss activities (calories and exercise) to better judge how this change affected me. I didnt follow the advice in the book to a T because restricting yourself to no dairy and no meat is hard enough without worrying about the amount of fats sugars or carbs your intaking as well so I didnt dramatically lose any weight, actually none at all. What I did find is how different I feel after a meal and just my day to day. I feel like the weight is ready to go now and not clinging on for dear life, if that makes sense. My metabolism is better than its ever been and Im no longer taking any supplements other than vitamins and B12, when I remember, to help this process. I believe that from this point forward if I pair a vegan diet with calorie counting and a consistent exercise routine while paying attention to my fat, carb and sugar intake I will have no problem losing the last 20 pds Id like to lose.
Carbs: lower than 187g
Fats: Lower than 50g, No trans fats, lower than 16g Saturated Fat
Protein: 75g
Sugars: try and kick simple sugars completely

went back up to 175, started on CLA, glucomannan, thermogenics, fish oil, a multi vitamin, protein and BCAA, also counting calories more religiously
