This is such a struggle!! Grrness.. sometimes I want to cave in, but then I remind myself, something has to change if I want some results! Since I haven't been eating as much and whenever I want, the (what seems to be) little I am eating fills me up! I did cave in and have Pizza rolls for dinner yesterday, but I had no more than 500 calories worth (which was "only" 14 of them). I felt satisfied, strange enough. Before, I used to eat as many as I wanted -- sometimes up to 30-40! Yeah.. that is how I got to be this way. Wow.. I must have had close to 4,500 calories a day -- at least! Slowly, it is all changing. ^_^

Hmm.. My First Journal Entry.. Well, I'm actually just checking this program out. I've heard of people using programs such as this to help them stay accountable. I think, for the most part, that's really what I need. Not that my own friends can't be that for me, but they have their own lives to keep up with. Considering they're not doing what I'm doing and I hardly ever meet up w/ them, I figured ppl doing what I'm doing would work best! I've tried many other programs, I am aware of how to eat healthy (to some extent -- I'm clearly have no degree) -- I find, however, that I lack in self-control and portion control. I'm an emotional eater and have been since I was in elementary (I'm now 27). I've never been a normal weight, and it bothers me. So now, it's time. Time to find out what I look like under all this mess.
