I'm Baaaack. This is messed up..... almost too easy!?!
Maybe taking a break, although unintentional, was a good thing. Kind of a reset maybe?
Awesome NSV this week. Went to get some new cloths for a date this weekend, (yes an actual date, but that's another story) and actually bought pants out of the 'regular' department. The last pants I bought were 52's back in December, this week I bought a pair of 44's. Now if I can just get down another 2 inches, the selection will go way up. Off to work, running late.

So I was watching videos today and found one that I wanted to share.
Peter Attia - Ted Talks
. I would love to have this man as my doctor. I like my doctor, but we don't agree on a lot of stuff, like calories in = calories out.. I believe that equation is a fallacy.
