I have not been eating as good as I should. Most days I eat low fat or low calorie foods and do some workout. I keep my portions small but some weight is still falling off and that is better than nothing. I am finally under the 200lb mark, my first mini goal has been reached! I have learned that I am only human and not to feel bad about that one cookie I ate we all have our cravings. If I deny myself those cravings I will only make it harder to resist them.

I am going to keep my calorie intake between 1300 - 1500 a day and work out everyday. I have found it too hard to continue with weight watchers without paying for it and counting the points on my own.

I had fallen off for a while not that I wasn't eating right I just wasn't really keeping track of my calories and was not working out. My best friends 30th birthday was an entire weekend long back on 8/11 and I drank ate the bottom part of a cupcake (not the frosting) and ate a hot dog bun. I also met an amazing women who lost an amazing 85lbs! She went from 250lbs to 130lbs and looks amazing. What is even more wonderful is that she is a very motivating and inspiring person that I am still talking to about my own weight loss goals. She makes sure to let me know that when I slip its not the end of the world and to just keep moving. With that being said I am trying to keep up on my work outs and watching my calories very close. I have almost reached my goal of getting under the 200lbs mark!!!!!! The fat rolls on my back no longer touch together when I walk and my tummy is slimming down as well. If that isn't motivation I don't know what is.

I have decided to give up Atkins all together and move on to Weight Watchers, I have found I can follow that for free as well. I was having so many bad side effects and ran across a disturbing article regarding Atkins today that scared me. I found that my body was going into shock from lack of carbs. So I am switching over, not that I am bad mouthing Atkins but it just is not for me. I have still lost 13 pounds and I know if I continue to make healthy food choices and continue to work out I will still reach my goal! Today I did a JM workout video and 45 minutes of Zumba so I am pretty sure i will get there.
