I have not been eating as good as I should. Most days I eat low fat or low calorie foods and do some workout. I keep my portions small but some weight is still falling off and that is better than nothing. I am finally under the 200lb mark, my first mini goal has been reached! I have learned that I am only human and not to feel bad about that one cookie I ate we all have our cravings. If I deny myself those cravings I will only make it harder to resist them.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
