For Friday 7/13/18: We went to Phoenix today, and I ate pretty crazy. I did exercise: 21 Day Fix Cardio Fix. Good Workout and I felt it!.
For food, in morning I had raw chocolate cereal. Lunch: hot dog, apple, cheese. Dinner: Pizza at a restaurant, Cesar salad w/ anchovies, coffee, and gelato. I'd guess my calories were higher than they have been in a while, easy 2000.

For Thursday 7/12/18: I didn't keep track of calories today, as I wasn't feeling well. I know, not a real excuse. But, I am going to estimate that I ate around 1700 calories. I also skipped exercise.

I'm frustrated. I have been so diligent with my calories and have been exercising every day fro 8 days straight. No changes. This is always the way. It is so hard to stay motivated when I feel like I never get any reward for all the dedication I put in. So, So, So frustrating. :(
