I'm 24, just finished Uni, and have a few issues with food..
It only really escalated during University, when in both my First and Second years, I felt like things (not University itself, but more friendships/relationships/being homesick) were getting out of control, and that's when I decided to take it out on my diet.
I'm already underweight, and have always struggled to gain weight to a healthy standard, so for me, it is important to try and maintain a healthy weight.. which was going well until about 5 days ago. Now I have lost just over half a stone, which took me 4 months to put on!
So the challenge is on........
