My new goal for this week: eat dinner before 9 pm every night besides the 2 nights I work, and work out everyday.
Tofu is my new best friend. I hate chicken but I don't mind tofu mixed in with my veggies.

For the past 2 days I've been having a hard time getting my calories up to where they should be. With the death in the family and with getting rocked with a sinus infection/cold, I haven't felt like eating. With how crappy I feel I haven't been working out either. If I feel a little better tomorrow I will give it a shot.
