I have been having a hard time with my diet. My older brother is home for the week from truck driving and he is sabotaging me. I love him to death but he doesn't understand my need to find a skinnier healthier me. He keeps bringing home pizza hut and mighty taco, and tempting me with hot dogs. I have no will power, I have an inability to say no. So I adjust my diet to allow these bad foods but it doesn't leave me with enough room for all the veggies and whole grains I need to keep my blood sugar stable and to stay healthy.

I also can't work out with him here. I feel embarrassed about working out in front of him, and since his butt is permanently planted on my couch I don't know what to do. I try and make healthy meals as he could use to lose a few pounds too (he's morbidly obese, upwards of 400lbs), but he complains about the rabbit food.

I can't wait until my husband is home this weekend. He is so supportive of me and makes me feel so good. He got to lay over at the house one day this week and he kept telling me how wonderful I look and how proud of me his is. I need his support.
