I have not been doing as well as i was hoped. I really need to get into a workout routine, with hunting season I have been gone every weekend and usually busy during the week after work with cleaning and laundry and getting things ready for the next weekend. But now hunting is done for me so I should be able to come up with a schedule. I haven't gained anything but I also have not lost anythying.

Looking at my diet calendar I think I need to really stick with a diet that reduces my carbs and increases my protein! It will be really hard cause I love my carbs but I will have to really look into the GI diet and try to stick to it as best I can.

Hurting today! So last night I did 30 day shred and this morning my body is showing that I have not done this in a LONG time! I hope to do something tonight to workout, I want to try to do something each night. So tonight I might do free weights to get a exercise in since I have to pack for the weekend and a few other errands to do. Again I will try to get out for a walk or two this weekend with the dogs since we will be gone I will not be able to hit the gym or dvds.

Started eating healthy this week, Salads for lunch and having a salad with my dinner along with whatever we are having. Also hoping to replace the unhealthy sides we might have with my salad at dinner. It's hard cause my husband is not on the diet train like me right now, he should be but is not, so I have to continue to make the things he likes and side items and they all smell so good! I just have to keep control and portion what I have. :) Tonight I am going to try a video at home cause I don't think I will have time for the gym.
