I am from North Branch MN, married with 3 dogs and 2 cats. We love the outdoors- camping, fishing, hunting, walking and just being outside for any reason. We go camping a lot in the summer and fall and I enjoy walking the dogs around all of the new places we stay at.

I have not always struggled with my weight, all the way up to the first couple years out of high school I have always been super skinny. Very good metabolism for the longest time, then once I hit my early 20s the weight started adding on quickly. I am not sure if it was my age and metabolism finally changing or something else. I recently was diagnosed with PCOS and a symptom of that is gaining a lot of weight quickly which is what I did in my early 20s. So now I am learning different ways to reduce my symptoms of PCOS , learning that with eating healthy and exercising will help me. Also me and my husband are trying to conceive and doing all of this will help me with that.

Hoping to meet some new friends on here to help support each other in all of our goals, accomplishments and setbacks!

Goal 2: lose 20 lbs (148) - (reward: date night)
Goal 3: lose 25 lbs (143) - (reward: new “going out” shirt)

That is a awesome idea to use greek yogurt in place of mayo and sour cream! I will have to try that. And I love deli meat so I will have to come up with some lunch ideas with that.

Need more protein ideas!
Great I will try some of that stuff for breakfasts. Any ideas for lunches? I'm not a super fan of cheese either.

Need more protein ideas!
I am looking for some ideas to add protein to my diet! Anyone have any good ideas other than chicken? Also I am looking for some breakfast ideas too that do not include eggs. I'm always very low on my protein count and want to get that higher than my carbs.

Good DVD for a arm workout
Hi! I am looking for a good workout DVD for your arms. I have one but is probably from the early 90s and is not very motivating. I want something more upbeat that will keep me interested.

Any ideas?
