A bit about me, I live in Egypt (the country on the Med :) ) with my husband, 2 dogs and 3 cats. I've become rather sedentary since moving here 10 years ago. I know I've outgrown a lot of my clothes I brought, but recently I purchased one of those fancy Body Composition scales, and OH MY GOSH!!! So Glad I found this site :)
