Yesterday I went a bit off the deep-end, as far as my diet goes. I had to stay up super late (2amish) to meet a deadline for work and ended up snacking after 7pm (7pm is supposed to be my food-cut-off time).
But, this morning I woke up ready to tackle another day, I made time to make my lunch (and actually measured out the portions) and to follow my snack plan. So far so good, and it's almost lunch time (in about 1.5 hours). :)

A little sore, but it's a good sore. :) I forgot to weigh myself this morning but I can't imagine anything has changed; I'll weigh in tomorrow and post results. Looking forward to the challenges! (especially the sodium reduction one, haha. I never think I eat a lot of sodium but boy do I ever!).
