Yesterday I went a bit off the deep-end, as far as my diet goes. I had to stay up super late (2amish) to meet a deadline for work and ended up snacking after 7pm (7pm is supposed to be my food-cut-off time).
But, this morning I woke up ready to tackle another day, I made time to make my lunch (and actually measured out the portions) and to follow my snack plan. So far so good, and it's almost lunch time (in about 1.5 hours). :)
