So far only that one day of gym and three tacos from Taco Bell later.. I've finally jumped in to the main diet. I've been pretty good (not perfect) about switching to mainly fruits and veggies. I'm feeling a lot better than I thought I would. I haven't been as tired (except for right now), my mom told me I seem a lot happier (she also thinks my veggie and fruit based diet is a waste of time)and my appetite has been down.

I've finally bought a juicer and this morning when I woke up (which is 3 hours earlier than normal for the last week)I made my first fruit drink with it. So here I go.

Day 1

This morning I made a fruit drink with 2 pears and 1 red apple and some ginger.

It was so good and so little came out that I made a second cup. Mistake number 1. For this one I used 3 leaves of Kale, ginger, 3 carrots, 2 hand fulls of spinach and a banana.

My second mistake is using too much kale. I don't really fancy the taste but focusing on the banana helped me get through. It wasn't that bad for my first time drinking veggies (no from a jug). My only other mistake is not drinking the veggies first (that was the hardest part) and rewarding myself with a little bit of fruit juice after.

I feel extremely full and tired (i just laid down). I hope this doesn't affect work tonight.
