Time to get serious about this fitness thing! Been 190 lbs @ 5'9 for the better part of 7 years, despite weights/lifting and watching my diet to a reasonable degree. I could be the poster boy of the quintessential plateau.. And I have gotten discouraged as a result. But lately things have been different, and I am getting back at it with a vengeance. I have been working with a whole new program I have never tried, 16:8 intermittent fasting. It is absolutely amazing. 5 lbs in 3 weeks or so and continuing to lean out, feel better and have more strength and energy! Excited to see where it takes me =)
