Today I didn’t get my breakfast in but I did get my lunch and dinner in. I’m going to finish my 100oz water with lemon added before the night over. Wt in tomorrow for me.

Today I had to go to a couple appointment so my calories are under for once! Usually I would give in and get fast food! I also got 100oz water and 1 lemon added in my water.
