Eek!!! 🤗🤗 I wasn’t expecting a drop this morning since I had a little one yesterday. But when I look back at my journey, this seems to be a theme for me... locked in at a number for days or sometimes a couple weeks... then a few days of drops. Interesting!! I’ve also learned that good sleep is critical for me to be able to lose and maintain. I’ve learned so much along the way about what my body likes and what it doesn’t. Most importantly, I’ve learned to LOVE my body and myself in alllll of its stages, and giving myself a little love pep talk in the mirror (instead of picking myself apart), has done wonders. Sounds odd, but it’s true! Kind of like the studies they’ve done on houseplants.... the ones that were talked to, had music played for them and loved on, grew faster and healthier. The others only received bare necessities.. water, light, etc. They lived but didn’t thrive as well as the ones that were loved. Try it with your body... it works!!

Torturrrrrre lol!!! Soooo close to my next goal mark of the 20s. Then just 5 lbs after that!!! My motivation just ramped up a few notches!

Not a single budge lol. But, I did bloat up with 2lbs of water weight over the weekend, which made me panic for a quick minute. So I’m happy to be back to 131 and think I’ll be seeing the 20s in the next week or so!!!

Getting out of the 30s has definitely been the slowest so far. I know it’s because I have less areas to lose from and that I’m also doing it in a healthy way. But I’m soooo excited to see the 20s so I can be in maintenance ❤️❤️ I should be there in the next week to ten days!! Onward! Woohoo!
