I’ll take it!! I’m basically in maintenance phase at this point, so any loss is a celebration (or just no gain lol)! I can’t even fully out into words how this journey has been. Soooo many bumps in the road of my personal life... moved cross country twice, a extremely traumatic breakup, loss of my comfort corgi to cancer, daily chronic pain/neurological conditions that have no cure, hypothyroidism... and that’s just the things I can recall off hand. Through it all, I somehow managed to stay focused on my health/weight loss journey.... maybe because it’s the only thing I felt I had control of? I’m not sure, but I can definitely say that my body is repaying me tenfold! My energy levels are improved dramatically, I experience fewer “flare ups” of my neuro/nerve pain, my joint pain is massively more manageable. In short: I can LIVE again... after being home bound and unable to work for over 5 years. Now I am working full time, enjoying the beach, being able to go out and about, etc. AND the most fun part? Replacing literally every part of my wardrobe (except for socks lol)! I am ME again and I am HAPPY. Something I haven’t been able to say for a VERY long time. Whoever is reading this: don’t give up! Ever! No one can take of YOU better than you can, and it is worth EVERY frustration and setback. Overate today? It’s ok!! Take a walk and have a better day tomorrow!! ❤️❤️

OMG!!!! It took months but I’m out of the 30s!!!!!! I can’t even believe it, after stalling at 131 for a full month! I have spent the past 6 months swapping out my wardrobe piece by piece and today is the official “get rid of all remaining jiggly jeans and clothes”! It’s not in my budget to buy bigger clothes again so I HAVE to stay on track and maintain ❤️❤️ I still have a final goal of 125, with wiggle room up to 130 for fluctuations, but my original goal was 130 and I DID IT!!! I haven’t deprived myself along the way, I’ve just been very mindful of portion control, balance, water, sleep, and self love! I’m honestly in tears typing this because when I started, I never thought I’d see the 20s again. Don’t give up! Love the skin you’re in while you work toward your goal—it changed everything for me!!

Happy Saturday!!!
