I eat lousy, don't exercise enough and work at a desk all day. I am trying to improve my lifestyle, but am also challenged with 3 fractured vertebrae from a car accident which is painful on it's own, but also accompanied by almost non-stop headaches and sleep issues due to the pain.

Looking for a good plan
Thank you for the replies and suggestions! I purchased some new shoes and extra cushion inserts and it seems to be taking the pressure off my back when I walk. I am also getting some exercise from my physical therapy exercises. I have not made much progress on the eating but I am trying something new starting this weekend.

Looking for a good plan
I am a 50 year old nearly 300 pound man. I put the majority of excess pounds since 2011.

I am looking for a good balanced plan, but am challenged with 3 fractured vertebrae and some other injuries from a car accident which means bike riding, heavy weights and some exercises are off limits to me.
