Ezcema vs. Exercise
Hi
I suffered with severe eczema for the past five years up until now, so I know exactly what your going through with the sweat irritation. I've tried about every single remedy out there. I've tried going vegan, organic and even fruitarian, I've also done many fresh juice fasts in an attempt to clean out my body. I never managed to clear my eczema up until I learned I have food intolerance, I already new I was allergic to gluten containing foods and dairy, but when i went to an allergy clinic the dietitian put me on a food intolerance diet in which I cut out most coloured fruits, veges and things like corn and many other random foods. Within less than two months my lifelong ailment had cleared completely for the first times in 5 years. The thing is with food intolerance, every body has a tolerance threshold in which they can stay under from just avoiding the worst foods like tomatoes and citris. These food contain naturally occurring food chemicals that react with sensitive people like myself, amines, glutamates and salicylates. For example if i start eating too much of things like coconut or tomatoes I may start to develop small rashes.
I really recommend looking into this, I suffered with severe eczema all my early child hood and teenage years and doctors told me over and over that there was nothing I could do about it. I would highly recommend seeing an allergy specialist. The guys I saw where in Sydney, Who gave me the elimination diet handbook. Their website is
http://www.sswahs.nsw.gov.au/rpa/allergy/resources/foodintol/handbook.html
I am in no way against eating healthy or eating fruits and vegetables and was sceptical at first. But it changed my world.
I really hope this helps
Love Sarah
