Took the dog for a walk with hubby. It was a beautiful sunny day we had to get out and enjoy before we get winter. Got back home and did 20 minutes on the treadmill, which I have been doing daily. I feel really good. Tomorrow if it’s nice we will repeat. I’m so happy hubby can finally do things with me.

Ok no excuses. Starting treadmill again and making hubby do it right after me. Doc said if I don’t exercise and get my cholesterol down I would have to go on medication. I don’t want that soooo diet and exercise is the smart way to get everything under control.No more excuses although I was sick with a head cold last week. Now I’m fine.Taking out the dog we will feed the birds and start moving more. I have a pile of ironing I want to get done before the football game tonight.
