Started NOOM Monday for a 14 day free trial. I need something different than low carbs, since it hasn’t been working. I’ll see how it goes. Very different than what I’ve been doing.

Took the dog for a walk, lost a pound today, so excited. Seems like the new diet is working and of course the walking, and keeping busy. I have chronic back pain but exercise seems to reduce the pain.

Today I’m trying something different……eating breakfast lunch and dinner and maybe a snack. I have been on intermittent fasting for two years and it worked in the beginning but not now so I’m going to change it up a bit. I will do this for 1 month and see what happens. I have been eating more carbs and I know it’s one of the causes of not losing weight, but I have been either on the treadmill or walking everyday and still no results I’m getting upset with myself, but I will never give up.
