So this week I started my challenges and started doubling up on my workouts! I am more than happy to do this because I have been the type before to stop working at it if i'm not seeing results. And guess what....im not seeing any. I've been working out for about two months now. I'm drinking almost nothing but water, and for the past few weeks i've really started watching my food. But I am not an overeater, i'm an undereater. So i'm trying really hard. However, today my quads are in serious pain from the past two days workouts. That is two 50 minute videos and two miles in two days..thats great success for me..a beginner. My point is is I don't know if I can workout today. It hurts to get up, get down, just walk around. I think I will ask some of my "health nuts" if it is best to work thru the pain or give your muscles rest?? Hmm...

Well I went walking this morning with Melissa and got my mile in, so yay about that. But then I had a hard time motivating myself to do my circuit training. I ended up stopping about half way through it. I was so mad at myself but I just didnt have it in me to finish today. It's been about a week so I measured today, But I had no change which is kinda what I expected because I couldnt do much last week and then just yesterday....
Oh well i'll just keep at it!

Tough Weekend
This weekend was a fun but rough one for me. Some of our family took the kids to a fun outting and at that outting I couldn't ride the go karts with my daughters because I am too big. At that same place I also exceeded the weight limit to play in the bouncies. I've been the heavier girl almost all my life, but I am now larger than i've ever been before. This was the first time that my weight has ever physically got in my way of things that I really wanted to do. But I fought back the tears and put it all into my workout today! I have laxed a little on keeping up with my food this weekend and I havent been working out because of my ankle But this is a new week!! My challanges also started today...so I worked out this morning and i'm going to get a mile in before the day is over! I am also keeping track of all my foods and im going to start loosing! Wish me luck =)

Ugh it really sucks not working out this week because of my ankle. I feel so lazy. But I kniw that if I push it now and don't let it heal, it will only cause me more problems in the long run. I've had ankle problems my whole life and I love how everyone has been talking to me like i'm some kid that doesnt know what i'm doing. Oh well, next week i'll start my days off right with lots of excercise. I CAN DO THIS!I've got to work on eating better, counting calories isnt as bad as I have always imagined. Again, I can do this!!!!

Happy Hump Day! We are officially in the middle of the week lol. I really hate taking this week off because of my ankle, I feel like I am falling behind. On the other hand though watching the Biggest Loser Finale last night was a big inspiration..Congrats Jeremy!! I have 143 lbs. to lose so I need all the 'inspiration' I can get lol. I measured today so now I have a baseline on my weight and measurements so I can track my changes, before I was just working out blind.
Measurements:
Arms: 18in.
Chest: 54in.
Waist:50in.
Hips:60in.
Thighs:31in.
Calves:19in.
I have lots of work to do!! Happy moving today!
