Ugh it really sucks not working out this week because of my ankle. I feel so lazy. But I kniw that if I push it now and don't let it heal, it will only cause me more problems in the long run. I've had ankle problems my whole life and I love how everyone has been talking to me like i'm some kid that doesnt know what i'm doing. Oh well, next week i'll start my days off right with lots of excercise. I CAN DO THIS!I've got to work on eating better, counting calories isnt as bad as I have always imagined. Again, I can do this!!!!
