Spent two days out of town for work meetings. Sat for two days straight and only had crap to eat. Took till today to get back down to 207.

Camping last weekend, I put on a little. Lots of beers & beef! Still using coconut oil daily, at least 2 tablespoons, but no more than 4. Try to take it nightly before bed & also in AM in my coffee. Workouts were 2 mile swim, 1 hour bike, & weight lifting day followed by 1/2 mile swim. Also did kettlebells first thing in the AM for 10 minutes @ high intensity.

Down to 205.6 this A.M. We'll see if I can get to 205 or below by tomorrow morning. Breakfast has been Chia seeds soaked in prune juice for the past week. Sounds weird but taste so good! 3 tbl spns of Chia & 8 oz prune juice. Equals 360 Calories. Good energy and filling.

Only swam this week & did my morning kettlebell (10 mins each). Still taking coconut oil, but only once a day in coffee or at night. My clothes feel looser and muscle definition appears to be starting to show. I'm overall happy with what I feel & see even though weight isn't dropping much.

Not quite sure why there is a jump in weight. I was spot on this past week, actually having a greater caloric deficit vs. calories burned. The only thing I can think of is the added weight training? Muscle mass weighs more than fat. I'm not super concerned about it. One thing I am going to do is only take my coconut oil in the PM just before bed. not sure if it was coincidence or not but saw some significant changes the following mornings after I took to C.O. Also I am one week into the Test booster. This may have something to do with the gain. We'll see.
one thing I do know I will be enjoying some dark chocolate & red wine this weekend for Valentine's Day!
