I have put on about 9 kilos in the last year or two due to (I'm assuming)my new job which entails sitting at a desk all day, and maybe also my slowing metabolism.
I have never been a very active person and am finding it very hard to be, especially at a larger size so am opting for what worked for me last time I lost weight - eating super healthy.
I'm going to eat breakfast as I normally do; cereal/bacon and eggs/avocado+cheese+tomato on toast but eat the extremely low calorie meals for lunch and dinner. Being that winnter is now coming and the ease of the recipes I think to start I will go with mostly soups.
I don't really know how this works, if this is what I am meant to be saying or if people even use this but that's me.
