Hello!
I am a 22 year old newlywed residing in Indianapolis, Indiana. I am currently attending Graduate School for my MHA while working part time for a Medical Group... Not a lot of time to spend sticking to a diet and exercise regime.
I am 5'11" tall and just reached my highest weight ever at 203 pounds. Yikes! I guess you could say the weight had been gradually increasing since I met my husband 3 years ago. I suppose I just feel comfortable around him.
What I'm not comfortable with is how heavy and unhealthy I am as a result. He has always been very supportive during my trials towards weight loss, but I think that since I never had any consistencies or organization with my food or exercise journals, all of my hard work (usually about 2 weeks at a time) is quickly diminished.
I am hoping that this place will help me reach my goal (-43 lbs) and maintain a healthy weight for my body type so that not only do I look better for my husband, but so that I feel healthier for myself.
