So, here I go again. Starting a new way of eating. Can't call it dieting because we have all heard its for life. I have tried so many and failed so many times over. So lets see how this works out. I have been skipping dinner for the last few days. Just breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and then 2 beers and popcorn in the evening. I know, I know not healthy but I have come to the conclusion that if I eat dinner in any way I start to have the binge cravings and can't stop. I don't know why this works for me but there it is. I don't know what I have been eating to start the binge eating but it happens only in the evenings. I know drinking is not the way to fill that void either but I feel like a beer or two by the end of the day and it helps me unwind. I have dropped a few pounds already I have not gotten on a scale for a week so I go by the fit of my clothes. I won't say this is good for anyone to follow and I don't intend to keep this up. Just until I feel I have a handle on it. With OA help I think I will find my way, if I follow the steps one day at a time.
