I have been overweight most of my adult life. I tended not to be as active as I was growing up. I eat just to fill a void. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I workout for an hour at a time doing cardio. I also have been attending OA for a few months. Very helpful but still struggling.
I have tried all kinds of diets/pills/Dr. diets ...same stuff everyone else has tried with some success but I start to gain it back and then I put on the brakes again. My hope is to get my eating to a place that I don't have to think about everything I put in my mouth is bad for me. That I will make healthy choices and keep the weight maintained. I hope to reach that goal.
