ive diagnosed with IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) which will ultimately require a lung transplant. Ive already lost about 50# but need to lose more to be candidate for lung transplantation. Seems ive been 'stuck' at the weight i am now for about 4 months so hopefully with gods help and this online program I can start losing weight again :)
