Started 21 day challange and lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks, it's hard for me go lose weight as I have hypothyroid that's converted to hashimoto now, well good luck to me again, lost over 20 pounds in 2014 and gained all back in 2015 due to poor eating habits and no exercise. I am back again in the game for my health.
Anyone here fighting with hashimoto?
