Today I made some trail mix. I called it My Trail Mix. I put walnuts, pecans, cashews, sliced almonds, raisins, and M & M's into one once packages. It's 127 calories, 9.25 g. fat, 10.01 g. Carbs, and 2.29 g. protein. I think this would be called a high protein snack.
