I am originally from Buffalo, NY and now live in Atlanta, GA. I grew up extremely active in every possible sport I could particiapte in. I was thin as a child and very atheletic all of my teens and 20s. Things have slowed down. I'm now in my 40s and cannot seem to get back that fit and fabulous figure I took for granted! I love to eat, but I am having a hard time finding that motivation to work-out every day (2 hours use to fly by, now 30 minutes is a challenge). I know I'm reaching that point where I better get this weight off now or never. I hope I can find the magic again! Wish me luck
