Just got home from a long day. We drove to the other side of the state back to Tampa. We went to the USF game, they were not good today (ot this season) and drove home. 5 1/2 hours in a car. I am burnt even though I used sunscreen but I followed my woe and just shifted my eating window today and kept my food on plan. I still got exercise because parking at Raymond James stadium always involves walking even though we have a close lot for parking. Got to see old friends and remember good times.
My sleep was interrupted last night. Some inebriated people, giggling idiots really decided to ring our doorbell at 1:45 in the morning. Seriously don't know you and like my sleep. Our dog took a while to calm down. I hadn't installed my peephole camera yet or my video cam but will tomorrow.

2 days up and then back down. By the end 7 days I should be about 2.8 lbs down. Days up and down don't matter. Sometimes I go up and then go down. As long as my average is okay all is good. Right now due to my weight (1% of body weight is 2.5lbs)I'm losing about 2.8 lbs weekly. About .4 lbs per day. The last 7 days average was .42 lbs per day lost or 3 lbs total. That's a nice slow, steady, safe weight loss based on body weight percentages. Faster weight loss would be nice but I can sustain this woe. When my son is home (206 hours, go NAVY!) those days may be off in terms of loss but oh well. If it takes an extra week to get to goal that's life. As long as I'm going in the right direction I can get stuck in "traffic" and still reach my destination in the end.

Every week since when I started in August my weight has gone up 2 days a week. No worries it will go back down. I have discovered if I don't drink over 80 oz of water a day my weight will go up also. I always drink at 64 oz but more is better for me I guess. I do not like my planet fitness here. I miss my former always clean or being cleaned one with more equipment and great staff. My new one is ugh. I may start driving to the one 20 minutes further out. I'll at least get my red light, the one close to me doesn't have it (or massage tables, pf360, trx stuff and some machines I like) I just hope it's cleaner. 221 more hours until my son is home. Go NAVY!

No biggie. I go up and down every day. As long as I average loss for the last 7 days I don't worry about the little ups I get. My son is back on American soil!!! We get to see him soon. Only 11 more days. So excited. He's off the ship and heading to 5 guys (his favorite meal)

Tummy was "off" yesterday. I decided I didn't want to eat because of it. I just had some chicken bone broth instead. It's still not great today but better. I'll see how it goes when it gets to my eating window. I'm not hungry now but may have some coffee after I get back from grocery pickup. Ugh, my local wallyworld (3 miles) is out of almost everything so I switched to the one 10 miles away. The line there is always insane and 2 hours is the norm. Going inside is worse. I am an impulse shopper. If I go in I wind up spending a lot more money and make unhealthy choices for myself plus it takes just as long inside. As soon as wallyworld had grocery pickup I started using it.
