Expected treat meal and yet another sunburn. I was expecting the increase yesterday but it came today instead. I use spf 100, applied twice before going and once there at the beach and still burnt. Hopefully the new swimsuit will help stop the burning. The loaded cheese fries and Monte Cristo were worth it, although my tummy may disagree. I could only eat half the Monte Cristo but ate all the fries. I think Cheddar's fries are my favorite fries. I tried to enter in my food diary and think I got close. Also watched Hocus Pocus last night with popcorn and tonight Hocus Pocus 2 (no popcorn). I wanted to wait until my son got home to watch with him.

Bathing suit came early. Keep or return? Opinions wanted please.

Surprised to see any loss today. Guess who applied spf100 sunscreen an hour before the beach, reapplied right before going to the beach, and once while at the beach. Me, yup and I still burned. This sucks. I ordered a long sleeve bathing suit (2 piece) that blocks most of the light. Hopefully it fits or is close to fitting. My weight should be higher since the body retains water while sunburnt but maybe I had a woosh before the burn. Tonight is a treat meal. Since my eating window is 4 hours it turns into a treat day. Next time cracker barrel is planned I'm going to open my eating window. I did not have enough food yesterday but I wasn't hungry after getting home. I still ate some more but... under 900 calories for a day is not something I'm striving for. I try for at least 1400 and as high as 1900.

I finished cooking up everything thing that needed cooked in the fridge. I opened my eating window early. Cooking that food would have gone bad was good but the smell made me hungry. Thankfully I had a roast I had wanted to make so I that's what I had. Hubby and son got stuffed shells from the leftover ricotta mixture. The last of the ground beef was cooked off and is now ready to freeze for quick meals. Tomorrow is Cracker Barrel for my sil's birthday. The ham is lower carb and they have broccoli. I'll skip the birthday cake. A snack before dinner and a small one after we get home should be good. Monday is Cheddars. I still want the Monte Cristo so that will be my 2nd treat meal since my son came home. One more after that, maybe. I'm afraid the chinese food may upset my tummy. They can have it and I might. I'll see how I feel after the Monte Cristo. It's funny I used to be able to eat the whole thing but now it's usually about half of one. My son volunteered to finish it for me if I can't finish. That's usually hubby's job.
My son has to go back soon. He's leaving around 5:30 PM on the 3rd. His orders have him back by 7 AM on the 4th.
Mollie is still crying/meowing at night but I'm trying to ignore her. It wasn't great last night but I sleep through most of it.
