Tried to upload a photo but I think I messed up somehow. JPEG image but didn't work.
I wanted to share the silverbeet fettuccine I made last night - it worked really great and with a small amount of grated cheese it was really delicious - without all the carbs from regular pasta.

Herbs = A TON of FLAVOUR for LITTLE CALORIES
Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Chives, etc
Herbs grow very easily and a little goes a long way. A much healthier choice
:)
A much better way to get a massive Favour Burst than adding high calorie ingredients like cheese, oils, and sauces.

Praise Be the Gardener in Me
Being able to go out and pick my own Freshly Grown Bok Choy, Lettuce, Kale & Beets
is the BEST FEELING ever !!! It works well with my diet - a quick snack whenever I want only a few yards away.Best of all = IT'S FREE !!!!

#1 Tip - Grow stuff = Easy things like Lettuce, Kale, & Bok Choy
Pick the leaves as they become ready, leaving the plant in the soil to produce more... Clever gardening
