I started Power 90 (the precursor to P90X) yesterday...my body seems to be a little in protest mode, but I am looking forward to the weight loss and body sculpting that will happen as I keep going with it. Combined with watching what I eat, I am hopeful that I will see great changes. Also, I gained a little weight, but I think my body is just fluctuating as it tries to get used to the workouts, because I have been watching what I eat - so I'm not going to let this one get me down - I'm sure it will look much better next week! :)

My body fat measurement came back at 27.5% today. I would like to get it down to about 22%-23% - at least for an initial goal. We'll see what that looks like.

Well my milk supply was dwindling and my weight was going up because I was unexpectedly pregnant! I have now had the baby and am ready to start losing weight again! Fortunately, the pregnancy didn't add too much to the weight I have to lose. :) Here we go again.
