started the video 30 Day Shred. I really like it, even though it KICKED MY ASS haha Its only 20 mins so I really like that. So the plan is the video every morning when I wake up... then walking my dog 5-6 days week for 1 hr. Lets see how this goes!

TOday had a BBQ and did really well.
Ive never been able to avoid "pigging out" on these types of foods and while it wastn easy is wasnt as hard as I thought it would be.
I think Im really ready for this

Breakfast I did great nigh fiber cereal and about an hour after an appple.
Then I went to babysit. Not so great.
Got there at lunch time and my cousin made egg and ham sandwiches on thick white bread. I dont eat processed meats, and I dont eat white bread especially the thick stuff and she put a lot of mayo. I dont even want to know how many calories, fat and sodium was in that. But I felt bad saying anything so I just have to deal.
The next part is my fault. Lil cousin wanted a tea party.. so I ate two chips ahoy cookies. I DONT EVEN LIKE COOKIES! haha so I shouldnt have had any and thats my fault but Im not go to beat myself up about it.
For dinner I just had some canned salmon with a bunch of veggie. I actually had it last night in some high fiber pita pockets. But tonight I decided to eat it over a salad to counter my lunch and snack.
Going on my hour walk now and then to use the "Ab Lounge" lol

Trying to journal everyday.
Woke up this morning and decided to work out. Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, leg lifts, and boxing with hand and ankle weights. Only for 30 minutes. Im still walking/jogging for one hour tonight with my dog. After that I might go use my aunts Ab Lounge in the garage.
As fat as food goes Im not a breakfast eating and in many cases I think thats good thing because I never liked pancakes, waffles, eggs bacon stuff like that. Just cereal or oatmeal for me. I can have either every single day and never get bored or tired of it. So I bought a few boxes of All Bran cereals and Im eating a bowl with a piece of fruit (an apple or an orange) every morning. Ill mix in oatmeal every now and then which I add organic brown sugar and cinnamon to sweeten.
I think journaling and basically talking to myself may really help me keep in check haha.
