Some up & downs this week with my week long birthday celebrations. Went to lake & had to indulge in the lake perch & yummy greasy bar food, then back to watching, except for the Bday cake my daughter made. But managed to maintain at least.

Still procrastinating on the exercise.

Pigged out on the 4th! Along with some emotional eating (holidays):( Was down to 235 before the weekend. Back on track today. Gave up on weight watchers. Plan to keep making healthy choices & be stricter with my portion control.
