I'm a single mother of 2 teenage children. The weight has been creeping up on me for about 10 years now. I never thought I'd ever be this heavy. Now I'm just sick and tired of it! My kids are very picky eaters so I cook meals that they will eat. I'm on a very limited budget (the single mother thing) so I can't really afford to cook special meals for myself. I've been trying to use better portion control, most of the time I do pretty good, but sometimes it goes out the window. Exercise is another problem. Mornings I'm busy getting everyone out the door & I just can't get up at 5am to workout. Evenings I'm home from work, go right to getting dinner ready, helping with homework and then it's time for bed. So I really need to find a way to squeeze in some exercise, but where?
