Hey my FS Friends, been 1 year since I was on here. Lost more weight, but I want to lose more. Guess What - I saw this guy I knew awhile back, he was always BIG, ok FAT. He has lost over 100 pds in a year. WOW, no secret. Instead of what he cut out, let me tell you what he eats - Dark greens, fish, chicken, little red meat. He looks like a rock star - literally. He's 50 +- and finding himself. He's got on the skinny jeans, sleeveless shirt, eye liner, black hair and he's a carpenter (very good one) I loved it. He doesn't care what people think. He did this for him. That's what I'm doing, but I want to go more than to 165 pds. Don't know how far I'll go, but I'm going for it. Look out Carmel M&M's (yep, never try them) I'M BACK AND GETTING MY GROOVE BACK. HAHAHAHAHAHA Let's loose weight and have some damn fun! Oh, and I now drink Michelob Ultra. Don't Judge
