I have a quest ... how to loose 21kg. I use to be so sporty (when i was young) but i really became the couch potato. I had enough! I am now working to consume less and exercise more! My children are to young to be orphans (age 16 and 10) and I would love to be healthy for them! My husband loves me too much to be without me and if I can feel good, be healthy and look good at the same time - it is a bonus!
My training starts today ... so wish me luck! I am going to need it!
