Ruined my calories over the long bank holiday weekend.
I will probably not weigh myself on Friday as I know a gain is coming my way.
I’m going to limit my calories to 1000-1200 instead of the usual 1400 to see if I can even out the calorie intake for the week (probably not, but worth a shot 🙈)

So since I was 18 I’ve been doing slimming world on and off. I started up again mid October and managed to lose 13 pounds (Just could not hit that 1 stone mark!)
Around Christmas I ruined everything and started having small gains. I started FS a few weeks ago and began a calorie counting diet, focusing on eating healthy, satisfying meals and I must say that health wise I’ve never felt so good! Thank you for all your support 🙂

Weighed in at the same today ☹️ I know it’s not a gain but it has made me feel really crappy. You know like, why restrict my calories if I’m not going to lose anything anyway 😞
