I'm shy of 6 pounds to lose till i'm at my goal weight!
I'll be turning 25 next friday and I feel great inside and out :D
I'm not on any crazy diet just monitoring my portion size, hitting up the gym for 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week, drinking LOTS of water (helps burn fat and great for your skin!) and stop eating after 7pm! not to mention eating more protien, veggies, and fruits! they are your best friend! I have a terrible habbit of craving salty and sour snacks for example tortilla chips with lemon & tapatio!
Remember you can still have your favorite snacks but in moderation once in a while :)
This website and Calorie Counter app on my phone has helped me out A LOT :D on my journey to lose weight & eating healthy!
