I currently work full time and hit the gym min 5x per week, I used to be super active playing outdoor and indoor soccer. then job came first. my weight has always been a roller coaster... the heaviest I've been is 260lbs and smallest
after high school is 193lbs, I'm 6' tall-- currently at 228lbs, I want to do it right (drop weight) this time and keep it off (185 lean out and 225 bulk).
